Split share Certificate

Hi members

can any one give me the format for split of share certificate, so that
it can be printed on the share certificate.its urgent

There is no such format.

the same certificate you are already having shall be used

 

in the resolution u need to write all these processes

 

Example

Certificate no 12 comprising of 10 shares split in to 2 share certificates comprising of 5shares each

You need to dispose of certificate no 12 and print 2 new share certificates bearing no 13 and 14 comprising of 5shares each

Just print the share certificates with the distinctive numbers you want to split and mention on the top of the share certificate that 'Split Share Certificate issued in lieu of original certificate no. ---- "

No while printing the share certificates only we'll print it on the top. That will look good. Usually we type the share certificates.
