I have started a new concept learning Companies Act, 2013  and each day one information will help us to learn the same. I also request others also post one such message and  others can learn the same

Section 139  Appointment of Auditors

Explanation to section 139

Explanation.—For the purposes of this Chapter, the word "firm" shall include a limited liability partnership incorporated under the Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008 .

The above  LLP is also considered as a firm   as per the appointment auditor firm..

We should learn explanation and proviso so that  we can gain knowledge on Companies Act, 2013
