Please can anybody forward me " Draft/Specimen of supplementary agreement of LLP for Change of Name.

Please help. waiting for reply....!!!!!!!!...it is urgent...!!!

Query*- I need to Change Name, Registered Office, Admission and Cessation of Designated Partner in LLP, Please tell whether we have to make Supplementary Agreement again and again for each work???

No Sonali, only draft one Supplementary Agreement and make changes all these things in new agreement and file the each form sequentially and file agreement accordingly...

Should we need to made only change part of deed or we need to file full deed ?

Only Supplementary Agreement is suffice to file.

how much stamp duty is required for filling supplementary deed ?

We have already paid 1000 rs at the time of incorporation of LLP so i have to pay again 1000/-

If you get the name approval first file form5 than do all changes in one supplementary agreement in form 3; that time you file form 3 and 4.
