PAS - 3 - ATTACHMENT - EXCEL TEMPLATE

Dear All

Is there any excel template model for PAS-3 list of allottees? Or whether attaching the excel sheet with TABLE A & TABLE B will do serve the purpose. Screen shot from one webinar is attached. In this they are stating that an excel template is there but it is not given in instruction kit either.

it's mentioned no where we need to affix List of allottee in Excel but this Excellent v3  only Excel sheet is accepted for List of allote 

So we have to Affix list of allottee in excel what we can do is signed copy of such sud be attached as optional attachment.
