attachment for LLP form 8 ?

Dear All

Can anyone pls provide the format of attachments to the LLP form 8 in which contribution is 100000 and turnover is NIL. basically for filing first Form 8 of an LLP in which no business was done during the year.

Financial statement is  P& L and Balance Sheet

In P& L show turnover  as  zero. So there will be loss

Show loss    as  Debit balance in Profit  and Loss  account,   in the balance sheet  asset side.

Simple

Or use the statement of affairs   which we use at the time of closure of company  under   560
