INC 33 AND INC 34- INCORPORATION FORMS- NOT SAVED AND SUBMITTED

INC-33 and INC 34 do not get saved and submitted. While saving INC-33 a message Technical Error occurred. Please try again after some time comes. In INC-34 last page- Subscribers sheet is not saved and hence could not be submitted. No response while saving.

 Different browsers were tried. Also Spice Part B was edited many times. The same error continues. But last week the forms had been saved and submitted without any issues. But due to some other reasons could not be uploaded then.

 Please suggest solutions. Ticket was already raised

Few are lucky and most of them unlucky  

I am not able to do  business user registration for Directors  either because OTP is not coming  or personal details mismatch.  Like that many forms facing problems

While creating User ID for director, remember PAN should be given. Only DIN should be given. Then mismatch problem will not come
