ERROR DURING DSC REGISTERING ON V3 PORTAL

Please provide suggestion on the error:

I am facing an error during dsc registration on MCA V3 portal, error is pasted below:

I am also facing the same error, try this again and again. 

After so many attempts it will be resolved automatically.
