MOA AOA attachments

Dear Friends,

One Foreign individual subscriber cum director without having PAN/DIN, has to physically sign MOA , AOA. ( pvt ltd incorporation)

Shall we print MOA ,AOA separately or is there any option in spice +  form to generate pdf and take print out for signing physically ?

in the same form all the subscribers have to physically sign ?

 attestation by practicing professsional physically necessary in that MOA, AOA?

please guide

MOA and AOA will be physical not Spice MOA or AOA. Make SS in 2 pages, 1 for the Indian director and 1 for foreign. Indian director's SS page may be attested by professional but foreign director's SS page will be attested in foreign country.
