REQUIREMENT FOR QUALIFIED COMPANY SECRETARY - ASSISTANT MANAGER LEVEL ING Vysya Life Insurance currently has a requirement for Qualified Company Secretary (male / female) with 1-2 years of post qualification experience in its Secretarial Department. Holding LLB Degree would be of added advantage. The candidate should be self motivated, energetic and willing to take new assignments. The candidate must have thorough knowledge of provisions of Companies Act.
