DPIN error in Form 4LLP_Urgent

Hi,

I'm in the process of filing Form 4LLP for addition of a designation partner into LLP. He is an existing director in another pvt. company and DIN is also active, but while entering this DIN number in Form 4LLP in the space asked for DPIN of the new partner and trying to prefill, it shows an error saying "WHETHER RESIDENT OF INDIA NOT PRE-FILLED. PLEASE UPDATE THE RECORD W.R.T. THE DPIN THROUGH FORM DIN4 FIRST AND THEN FILE LLP FORM 4"

I entered DIN number in form DIR12 to check the authenticity of the DIN number and prefilled it, form DIR12 is getting prefilled with the same din number.

I want to know if there is any way to sort out the issue without filing Form DIN4 as the DIN is already active. kindly share your views as this is urgent.
