Change of regd office error

Dear members,

I wish to change the address of regd ofc withinh delhi from gandhi nagar(pin: 110031) to shakurbasti(pin: 110034) and when i filled up the address the district automatically selected was north west delhi but when i went to submit the form then a error occured stating “district entered is not correspond to existing roc location “

Now what should i do?

Hi Kavneet,

Both the PIN code falls under different ROC. So you need to file a change of Registered office from One ROC TO Another in INC-23.
