Dear Sir, 


Has anyone contributed amount of CSR in Prime Minister National Relief Fund?

Please tell me how the amount needs to be contributed. What is the mode of payment and where payment needs to be made.

Please help as it is urgent.

You can make contribution to Prime Minister National Relief Fund online through thier website.

Dear sir,

Please tell that whether CSR expenditure is allowed in income tax i.e whether we have tax benefit if we do expenditure through PM relief fund. Can we claim benefit of this expenditure under 80G.

You can show CSR expenditure under Balance sheet – other expenses but you cannot take tax benefit for contributing to PMRF because this deduction already enjoyed benefit under income tax calculation.

 

But if you contribute CSR to NGO which is approved u/s 35 AC of income tax then you can take benefit by 100% claim of the expenditure you have done.

 

 

Please correct me if I am wrong

Kindly guide on following

Company has Net profit as following

In 2015-16 -  10 Crore
in 2014-15 -   55 Lakh
in 2013-14     18 Lakh
in 2012-13     5 Lakh


Now for the purpose of 2% of Avg Profit which three year immediately preceding shall be consider

Option 1. 2013-14 to 2015-16 and find out Avg Profit OR
Option 2. 2012-13 to 2014-15 and find out Avg Profit
