Imp: Termination of Training

Dear All,

Can anybody know what is the procedure to terminate training from one PCS and join with any other.

Pls help me out in this.

Dear Mathan,

 

For shifting your training from one employer to another u first need to get an NOC frm ur previous employer stating the period for which you have undergone training with him and also number of leaves availed during such period.

 

Now, from the second employer you need to take a letter (addressed to the training deptt. of the institute) stating the date of your joining and also stating that he, second employer is taking on record the training you have gone through with the first employer and hence, you have joined him only for the remaining period of training .

 

Now, you submit the letter of the 2nd employer along with the NoC of the 1st employer to the Institute so that they may sponsor you to the 2nd employer and take the effect of the change in their record.

hello mathan,

 

Just ask your PCS to issue training completion cert for the period you have worked with him and send it to ICSI with a covering letter about termination.  The format is available at ICSI website.it is better to send the supporting documents like TOP cert, Quarterly Reports etc.

ICSI staff is very co-operative in this regard , you won't face any problem to discontinue your training.

Get the termination certificate from your present PCS and join with another PCS...
