issue in filing Form MGT 7

Hello members,

If a company which is a subsidiary of a company incorporated outside India has turnover of Rs 40000/- and paid up capital is Rs 100000/- . we are filing form mgt 7 for this company but while entering the CIN it shows it is a small company please file mgt 7A. 

I have also raised a query for this but the response has not been received yet.

Please suggest which form should file mgt 7 or 7A.
