Problem related to INC 7 and INC 22

IN form INC 7 (new version updated on 27.03.2016) there is no click box is appearing for attaching INC 10 ( subscriber signature verification)

In blank form Attachment Number is following:-

1)* Memorandum of association

*

2) Articles of association

3) Declaration in Form No. INC-8

4) Affidavit from each of the subscriber to the memorandum in Form No.INC-9

5) Proof of residential address

Point 6, 7 and 8 are missing

9) * Copy of In-principle approval granted by the RBI or any concerned

authority.

10) NOC in case there is change in the promoters (first subscribers to

Memorandum of Association)

15) Optional attachment, if any

Note: Attention is drawn

You can see from the above details point No. 6, 7 and 8 are not showing. When we fill the form INC 7 following are appearing in addition of above mentioned points:

7) Proof of Identity

12) PAN card (in case of Indian national)

But still point is not showing for attaching form INC 10.

Please look into this technical problem and solve the issue. Form INC 7 is attached for your reference.

2nd issue is in form INC 22 ( for incorporation- registered office):- Prefill is not working after entering SRN of INC 1 ( its working for INC 7 and DIR 12). This also to be solved.

Dear Sir

When ever we are uploading any form on MCA site and if for any technical problem if we are unable to make the payment then that form is getting locked against SRN number and when ever we try for second time its saying that payment is pending against SRN No.

Before 27.03.2016 it was not the same. Unless we make the payment SRN was not valid. 

Now please tell us that how to make payment against the pending SRN as we are not able to upload the fresh form.

I called help desk ( after trying for 20 Minutes) and they are asking to raise ticket. It is very painful that for each and every general problem which is created by the new site you are asking to raise the ticket and tickets are not resolving for more than 7 days. ticket raised on 30.03.2016 vide SR No. SR72921 is still pending.

2nd issue is that in all the companies in which recently directors have resigned( 2014 onward) and for which form DIR 12 was approved, after launch of new site all the resigned directors for which form DIR 12 was approved are showing as signatory in the list of signatory.

Instead of asking to raise the ticket (even ticket raising and resolving is taking lot of time) please do something to solve the general issue which is faced by every one because of new site technical problems ( locking of form against SRN without payment, DSC registration, frequent payment failure etc. )

Thanks for acting on my previous mail and adding facility to cancel the SRN for which payment was not successful.

Following are few technical problems which we are facing as of now:

1. Form AOC 4 is not compatible for OPC company as it is asking Date of AGM. As per the provisions AGM is not applicable for OPC company.(SR91814 and Email Id is csraj...@gmail.com.). While updating form AOC- 4 on 27.03.16 and 01.04.16 think status of OPC regarding AGM was ignored. 

2. Most of the cases even payment status is successful paid, challan is not generating and we have to try many times to generate the same. Few are generated but many are pending even after many attempt to generate the same.

3. Login to site is still not smooth and it is required to look into it for the reason and solution.

4. Making payment to the MCA is very difficult and most of the time payment failed. MCA team is required to look into it seriously and come with the solution, as we never face problem while making payment to any other merchant online site but in case of MCA it is happening frequently.

Following are suggestion to improve the website functioning for the benefit of the Users:

1. After introduction of new site when we check the transaction status it not providing name of the company or form type, CIN etc. it showing only SRN No. Date of transaction, payment status, transaction status of form. previously we used to get name of the company, form type, CIN etc. Now it is very difficult to find that particular SRN related to which company, Details of form Type specially if many forms are filed same day, unless we click on payment status to generate challan or if is approved then after clicking on that link. Please provide at least name of the company and name of the form. Another thing is now at all the stage transaction status of form is showing as pending for approval, request you to show it as showing previously (like pending for action, Assigned, pending for approval etc.)

2. For filing old years form ( upto 2014) all the user should be well informed about the future course of action (even though form will be made available later, to avoid confusion amongst stakeholders). As of now form GNL 2 is introduced but there is no clarity how the return will be filed and few members are saying that form will be available shortly. MCA should provide the official information on site for all the stakeholders to clear the confusion.

3.  Form Size for all the forms are fixed as 5 MB which is good but for few forms it must be increased with the exceptions considering the No of documents required to attached with below mentioned forms as all the attachments must be signed and clear copy to be attached as per the provisions of new act and no SD is allowed:

 Form INC 29, INC 7, INC 22, AOC-4, FTE, GNL-2 and SH-7 ( any other forms where many documents are required to attached)

4. In addition of cancel SRN option if option provided to make payment for failed transaction it will save lot of time of users and will not required to upload the form again.

I would like to congratulate and thanks to the entire team of MCA for Following new features  added after introduction of new site, these added facility are very helpful for the users

1.option to change the  Enter Characters shown  while login which is very helpful and save to login which was not available earlier.

2. Now at the time of prescutiny itself we are able to know about the defect of the form ( except size of the form) without uploading the form on mca site which was not the case earlier ( its really good and save lots of time of the users)

3. Now we can see the directorship of the Director in the companies from the company mater itself without login.

4. Details of all the companies filed from particular login ID ( few are missing in my case need to be updated fully)

5. Track payment status facility can be used without login.

6.  Fee calculator now available for all the forms.

7.  Companies / LLP's Registered in Last 30 days 

8. During Registration of DSC auto fill of details based on DIN No. ( very good step but still we are facing issue related to selection of DSC which is required to look in to it and to be solved).

9. After successful Prescrutiny of form no need to do it again and again if not able to upload successfully and it will not be highlighted. 

10. and few others facilities which i have not mentioned here.

After this mail form INC 7 was updated several time but still option is not provided for attaching form INC 10 and because of this issue all the users are getting resubmission while filing incorporation form through INC 7 if INC 10 is not attached as optional attachment ( If MCA expect professional to do the quality check while filing form they should also reciprocate the same way). How form can be sent for resubmission if there is no option to attach that required document for which resubmission was asked. (for reference SRN No. is G02148336).

has been examined and marked as Sent for resubmission  with the following remarks-

c10 not atatched

above mentioned mail was send from mca for not attaching INC 10 in the form INC 7 (Because of time taken in typing they choose to mentioned INC 10 as c10)

2nd issue is registration of DSC for the Directors and the professional:

In director case error showing is DSC don't correspond to provided DIN ( Don't know why this error showing as DIN data is based on PAN and DSC taken based on PAN- Screen shot of error is attached for reference)

In professional case  if we enter name as per Institute record then showing error that not match with PAN data and when enter as per PAN data base then shows error as not match with Institute record data. If you see the details required to be filled for roll check it is clearly mentioned that Personal details shall be as per institute record but erroneously it was also programmed to match with PAN data. Same was not the case with earlier website. If mca ask to match both data it is practically not possible as in institute record initial is allowed but PAN data base full description of name required. For example in institute record name is G Ganesh Babu and in PAN data base it is Gopalasamy Ganesh babu and because of this mismatch roll check of dsc is not accepting ( Screen shot is attached for your reference).

3rd one is already pending issue related to AOC 4 for One person company as earlier informed you and raised complaint ticket for the same.

Form AOC 4 is not compatible for OPC company as it is asking Date of AGM. As per the provisions AGM is not applicable for OPC company.(SR91814 and Email Id is csraj...@gmail.com.). While updating form AOC- 4 on 27.03.16 and 01.04.16 I think status of OPC regarding AGM was ignored. 

ticket was closed after mentioning that form updated, download fresh form and use. After raising this complaint AOC-4 has been updated 2 times but still problem persist and not able to file the form due to this technical problem. ( Screen shot of error after using latest form today is attached for your reference)

All the above mentioned issues are of technical nature and faced by all the users.

Kindly Request you to solve the above mentioned 4 issue with suitable modification in the software.
