Wrong radio button got selected in AOC-4

Dear All

A holding company having three subsidiaries companies had filed E-form ,AOC-4 which got approved. But due to some error or by mistake, in AOC-4 in point no-12 the option-“NO” got selected in place of “YES” and therefore at the filing of AOC-4CFS the prescrutiny error is coming that 

"filing of form AOC-4 CFS is not applicable as "Yes" not selected in AOC-4 in point no-12.”

form aoc-4 can't be revised as section governing the same is not yet notified.

How to revise the form MGT-7 if some wrong information is entered mistakenly and company intends to correct it by filing revised MGT-7. ??

We are not authorized to make any changes in this regard.
Kindly note that revised filing is allowed only under section 131. Please seek professional guidance.

my suggestion is that visit roc in person for advise to file rectified aoc 4 as sec 131 does not apply in your case.

the mistake was done in form aoc 4 but not in the financial statements or board report

surely you can file the rectified form aoc 4 by contacting the concerned roc

it is only a opinion.

We also wanted to revise AOC-4 and visited ROC office. They advised to file GNL-2.

FILING OF GNL-2 SUFFICE THE PURPOSE?

Dear all

A very good morning to you all

I myself visited "ROC NCT of Delhi and Haryana" , they said they have got many cases where AOC-4 CFS is not being uploaded due to wrongly selected radio button in respective AOC-4. Further they said they have written to MCA to authorize them to mark such AOC-4 defective so that fresh AOC-4 can be filled after correcting the error, but have got no reply yet. Further they said to submit an application for the same.

Lets see, how they resolve the issue.

For us it did, u can meet ROC official and decide. You can attach scan copy of AOC-4 CFS in GNL-2.

GNL-2 is still in process, our case was opposite of the below mentioned case. We wrongly ticked yes for CFS but were not supposed to file. Hence contacted ROC-Delhi.
