Stamp duty for Supplementary agreement

What's the stamp duty to be paid for the supplementary LLP agreement in Mumbai where there is no charge in contribution?

I meant the supplementary LLP agreement would have to be executed on stamp paper. So what shall be the value of this stamp paper?

The stamp duty as applicable on agreements in your state will be applicable on supplement agreement as well.
