Stamping of Share certificate in Kerala

Please let me know 

1) What is the stamp duty to be charged on share certificates, if company registered office is in Kerala?

2) Further whether such stamp duty can be paid online or their is a offline procedure for stamping of share certificate in Kerala?

Kindly share your immense knowledge in this respect on urgent basis.

Dear Friend,

1. Stamp duty on is 50 paise per certificate.

reference: The Kerala Stamp Act 1959, Schedule I, point 17 : "Certificate  or  other  document"

2. I don't know about online.

affix 50 paise revenue stamp on certificate, if 50 paise is not available affix Re.1
