DIR-3 QUERY

Dear All,

I am facing trouble while pre scrutiny in the Form DIR-3 KYC.

There is an error depicting that the PAN entered in the Form does not matches with the PAN in DSC.

It cannot be possible as Two days earlier i have used the same Digital while filing Income tax Return, GST Return.

Below is the Screenshot Enclosed.

Please advice Urgently.

Actually, your DSC vendor has inserted wrong PAN in DSC form. Same thing happened with me too.

Infact, I had filed the income tax return from this DSC only and the return was sucessfully verified.

If the DSC vendor has inserted wrong PAN then it shouldn't Validate and sign the File and it must depict the same error, but this doesn't happened !!!

Just take the DSC processing form from Vendor, you will get to know the fact what I am saying.

I too faced this issue.

In this scenario he will have to make a new DSC. Because earlier it used to happen like that, where inspite of punching wrong PAN details, DSC was possible. But as per the new process, it’s not possible because at the time of application (for DSC), the concerned website will directly coordinate with NSDL so that correct PAN details are entered. Plus Aadhaar will also be linked. Hence make a request for new DSC. Your problem will be resolved.
