Dear friends
I need a format of NOC letter to use the premises as registered office in regards of form 18 by another co.
whether it should be approved in another co. Board meeting that is giving NOC

Yes. It should be approved by the board of another Company. Please find attached draft copy of NOC by the way of Board Resolution.
