Putting the company under Dormant Status

Sir,

Many companies are not able to carry on the operations and wanted to keep the company under minimum compliance for next 2 to 3 years.

May I know the form and requirement needed to make the company DORMANT.

What are the annual compliance required every year?

Can we file the necessary forms before 31st March.
