pls go through Form AOC - 1 you can understand. it is the presentation of statement of financials of subsidiaries, associates, jopint venture cos which forms part of your annual financial statement.

Like if the financial statement of the associate company is not ready, then this form will be sufficient enough for stating the reason why the financial statement is not consolidated

yes and also in directors report. If your auditors qualify this then this should be explained by the management in the Boards' Report.

one more query in the Form AOC 1 Part B , a point is there "NET WORTH ATTRIBUTABLE TO SHAREHOLDING AS PER LATEST AUDITED BALANCE SHEET", 

How to calculate the same?
