Dear all,
I need guidance. I am incorporating a private limited company in which one is an Indian director having valid Din and One foreign director not having din who is in India while filing the spice part B form.
Now while preparing the form INC9 which is linked form is not generated.
As per my  understanding the INC9 for foreign directors needs to sign physically and it should be attached to Spice partB.
But for the director having valid DIN INC9 E-form should be generated by MCA which is not getting generated.

My question is:
1] Is there any specific format of INC9 physical form available with anyone in the group? If yes can you all share it with me .
2] Is it okay if DIN holder Indian director also signs physical form which can be attached to Spice partB?

Please guide & share the draft of INC9 please.

I had filled gnl 2 for compounding of offense for duplicate din as direcred
by roc after filing dir 5. However gnl 2 was rejected telling me to file
physical application.
