MCA ticket resolution

These people are simply resolving the issues without any solution. FYI:

It is hereby informed that your ticket No. SR170491 has been successfully reopened with
Reopening Reason: Please do not put the blame on bank for your mess up. Why should I contact the bank for your mistake. Please do not give non sense solution to close the ticket. Please understand the seriousness of the issue. Please resolve it immediately. Now I have paid the amount but still not able to get the challan..
Use this tracking number to track the status of your complaint and future correspondence.

Seems to me as if the technical team has been given a time frame to resolve the ticket.

Perhaps thats why they are closing the tickets, instead of taking time to resolve the issue !!

ok. In my case payment is also debited and reflecting on mca track payment status as paid.

Payment Deducted, Challan generated, but Certificate of Modification of charge NOT YET generated and status of SRN is pending for approval.

One of My ticket is put on hold, I don't know the reason.

Any news about refund forms, MCA is good only releasing new version of forms putting professional and stake holders to put lot of efforts and waste time and energy.

Dear Vivek Sir,

In case payment is deducted but status is Not Paid... And corresponding field shows as Payment Pending than cancle SRN and re - upload form and pay again... The amt already deducted will be reversed in ur bank account...

Dear Member,

I have also facing the problem related to payment.

In my case i have filed the form FC-1 on 13.04.2016 and my account is debited, payment status shows paid for form and stamp duty but transaction status shows "Waiting for Stamp Duty". In this regard i have raised ticket and mail two time to MCA with the compliant number, but no response received from the MCA till now.

Very carefree attitude of the MCA for resolving problems, totally pissed off with the attitude.

Kindly suggest any way out for this problem, your suggestion will be appreciated.
