review of NBFC criteria - reg.

RBI has vide 'DNBS (PD) CC.No. /03.05.02/2012-13 December 12, 2012' put the attached review note on 'NBFC Regulatory Framework – Recommendations of the Working Group on Issues and Concerns in the NBFC Sector – Entry Point Norms, Principal Business Criteria (PBC), Multiple and Captive NBFCs' in public domain. Copy of the same is attached herewith.

Can some one kindly clarify on whether the same come into effect yet..

No. 

The notification no. "DNBS (PD) CC.No. /03.05.02/2012-13 December 12, 2012'  on 'NBFC Regulatory Framework – Recommendations of the Working Group on Issues and Concerns in the NBFC Sector – Entry Point Norms, Principal Business Criteria (PBC), Multiple and Captive NBFCs"   has not yet come to the effect.
