Number of Transactions for MSME Suppliers

Previously, we reported each transaction for MSME suppliers individually. For example, if an MSME supplier had 10 transactions, each of these transactions was listed separately rather than grouped by the supplier. However, with the new PAN-based reporting requirements, all transactions for an MSME supplier must be consolidated into a single line item identified by their PAN. As a result, instead of reporting each transaction separately, we now need to report the total number of transactions in the respective fields for each PAN-based entry.

Needs to enter the number of transactions for each MSME supplier as PAN basis

Previously, we reported transactions for MSME suppliers on a transaction-wise basis. For example, if an MSME supplier had 10 transactions, we would report all 10 individually. However, now the reporting is PAN-based. This means that all transactions for an MSME supplier should be consolidated and reported as a single line item, based on their PAN. As a result, the total number of transactions for each MSME supplier needs to be captured and reported in the respective field.

Hope it is clear.

Just export the excel form and upload the same excel form if there is no data to fill.

Then it will be submitted.

Hi,

The New MSME format is asking for all payments made within 45 days as well.. This means it is applicable to all the active companies.

So all companies need to report even if payment is done on time , please clarify.

Dear  all

MSME  meant  for  Pending  Payments  as  on 30.09.2024.  But  this  xl.file  designed  status  of  every  payment  made  to  MSME  from  01.04.2024  to  30.09.2024.

Kindly  enlighten  whether,  status  of  all  the  payments  made  to  MSME  from  01.04.2024  to 30.09.2024  should be narrated  in  the  xl.sheet.
