1. Prepare and Affidavit on Rs. 10/- stamp paper.

2. Make HUF stamp.

3. Fill PAN form and Just apply PAN.

Please find attached the affidavit format to be attached with PAN application for HUF. It is to be prepare on appropriate stamp paper as per local stamp act rate for affidavit and has to be notarised.  Self attested photocopy of the proof of id and address of Karta is to be provided.
