Stamp duty on LLP agreement

Hello member,

How to pay stamp duty on LLP agreement.

Now franking is difficult because of Bank rush in Mumbai.

Can we pay stamp duty online on MCA on LLP agreement....?

You can get Stamp papers if value is less like 500/1000.

It is 500 Rs. only.

Yes you can on gras.mahakosh.gov.in

But then you will have to send payment receipt with agreement to stamp office, Mumbai for franking on agreement. 

Getting a stamp paper is an easy option in my view.
