with regard to the captioned subject, 

Brief about the tenure and details of payment terms of this Lease Deed:

 

1. Tenure – Term – 7 years however lock in period is for 4 Years.
2. Security Deposit: Rs.19,21,530/-
3. Monthly Rent: Rs. 3,20252/-.Brief about the tenure and details of payment terms of this Lease Deed:

1. What amount of Non judicial Stamp paper to be purchased for execution of lease agreement ? 

2. How much registration fees to be paid for registering for a foreaid lease agreement ? 

3. What is the basis of calculation of these charges or fees?
