DIN - Deactivated even though DIR - 3 Web KYC was Done

Dear members,
 I have done the DIR - 3 web KYC for few DIN's after the due date.
Status of DIN before filing DIR - 3 web KYC is :- Deactivated due to non filing of DIR - 3 KYC
Status of DIN after filing DIR - 3 web KYC is :- Deactivated.

We made the payment of Rs. 5,000/- for each DIN. Also we logged the compliant to MCA and even mailed them. But it doesn't help.

I hope you may help me in this regard.

we  also  facing  the same problem  and paid  but not deactivated  so far after many reminders

One Idiotic reason was given by MCA help desk that your form has been approved in V3 only once The form is approved in V 2 Also the status of DIN will change.

same with me i have done kyc on 24/11/2022 still deactivated status showing after so many reminders also, they have not resolved the problem.

That has happened to me as well. the DIN KYC gets approved in the V.2. system, but in the V.3. system it takes lot of time to approve. 

Even when i filed a regd office change form INC-22, it got approved immediately on payment and the master data got also changed simultaneously. But when i tried to fill in a CHG-1 form which is in the V.3. system, it still showed the old address and that too, more than 10 days after filing the form INC-22. 

Their V.3. system is a joke. It should be junked immediately. 

Keep sending mails to the Secretary/ MCA . Bhagawan bharosa mein chal raha hai MCA

Sir without clearing  the problems,   they are going ahead with  adding  more forms from 1st Dec esp  incorporation forms.  It is going to be big disaster and people should know practical difficulties

It is going to be a nightmare for CS professionals if all the forms come onto the V.3. system - it will be total chaos. MCA is unfortunately not understanding or not appreciating the on the ground problems faced by the professionals. V.3 does not have any pay later option. It means that we have to pay ALL the fees upfront on behalf of the clients and god only knows how many days they take to clear our reimbursements/ invoices.

Sir even God will not have an answer for this chaotic situations. I think we as professionals should come forward & find a solution to either scrap this version or convince the Ministry to bring improvement in their processes. Infact in the feedback form which ICSI sends us frequently, we have to express the problems. I tried that once but nothing worked out. Maybe people in large numbers should do the same for enabling them to take strict measures.

I too faced the same issue. DIR 3 KYC was approved on V3 but the DIN status  was deactivated. It got activated after 9 days.

GUIDANCE NEEDED: I have performed the KYC of a director whose disqualification period was over on 30/10/2022 under section 164(2) but the MCA is still showing status as  Disqualified by RoC u/s 164(2). MCA helpline said ROC needs to be consulted in this regard. ROC is not helping with the matter saying it's not in our concern to act. DIN cell cannot be reached. Anyone who has gone through this issue and came to conclusion please connect with me, it shall be a great help as a fellow professional.

(The MCA portal has not been working at any cost, no ticket is being raised, and no public inspection can be carried on. As a company secretary, it is extremely worrisome, all the clients/stakeholders related to our work have been losing hope in us and thinking we are not apt to perform our duties on time and making excuses, but it's only us who know how pathetic it has been to work on MCA portal)
