If someone has the petition filed in NCLT, than pls share.


I had been to NCLT office and the person said to draft in the format as given in the Form 1 in the NCLT Rules which seems to kind of table and I doubt that after submitting the petition in said format the same may be approved by their department with no objections ".


Nor I found it on google, so if someone can share here to me that will be help.
