Urgent: Casual vacancy of Auditor

If a auditor has resigned on 12th october then i have to conduct the board meeting before 11th November and egm  before 11 feb and then file Adt 1 within 15 days of the egm..is it right..Please correct me if i am wrong.

Under casual vacancy, the board may appoint an auditor within 15 days, whose tenure will be upto the upcoming general meeting. 

You may conduct a general meeting immediately to regularize the appointment, otherwise board appointment is also valid.

The auditor tenure appointed under casual vacancy is upto the upcoming Annual General Meeting. But you may regularize the appointment by calling EGM at any point of time.

within 3 month you have to approve an appointment in the General Meeting and then file e-form ADT-1.

There are so many viewpoints..some are saying no need of EGM, just hold Board meeting and file ADT 1 and few are saying conduct EGM and then file ADT 1.

I am confused.Please help

In my opinion you have to file Form ADT-1 within 15 days of Board Meeting and not within 15 days of EGM.
