Dear All

Can any one pls clarify one thing that in XBRL filing we have to give details of director i.e director name as per PAN database of income tax ? in my case one of the director of the company has different surname in MCA database and in IT PAN database...

so, i want to know whether i will be able to proceed with XBRL filing without correcting name in MCA database by filing form DIR-6 or first i need to correct this as XBRL software validates data from MCA site ? and on checking DIN-PAN details of directors option on MCA  error is coming that

Following are the details as per PAN database which are not matching with the DIN/DPIN details. You are required to update your details in the DIN/DPIN database by filing Form DIN4 or in the Income tax PAN database as the case may be.

Pls help  urgently.. what needs to be done..

With Best Regards?

Yes, First u have to correct data in FORM - dir 6 , then when u will enter din number in XBRL , it automatically fills the details available in roc records.

NO, XBRL HAS NO LINK WITH IT DATABASE . IT ONLY RELATES WITH MCA DATABASE BUT AS U KNOW OUR MCA WILL NOT PROCEED FURTHER UNLESS DETAILS MATCHES AS PER INCOME TAX DATABASE. ALL ARE INTERRELATED.

IN MY OPINION, IT WOULD BE BETTER FIRST FILE - DIR 6, IF NOT POSSIBLE THEN GO AHEAD WITH XBRL AND CONTACT TO YOUR ADMINISTRATOR OF SOFTWARE AGENCY FROM WHERE U BUY XBRL, IN CASE OF ANY DISCREPANCY  .
