consoloidate share certificate is one jumbo certificate which includes all shares with different shares distinctie numbers .

this certificate format will same as the orginal certificate only difference is you will enter the multiple no of share with distinctive no in the new share certificate.

you need issue as duplicate share certificate in in place of orginal.

other learned members please correct me.
