Can anybody provide me a article on the concept of "LICENSED COMPANY SECRETARY".

Or just explain me the concept with its pros n cons.

Thanks a lot for your valuable reply. But one thing is not yet clear to me that why would one register oneself as a LCS???

What is the advantage of registering as a LCS??

How a LCS is different from a Qualified Company Secretary??

Dear Friends,

One who has not completed 15 months training or MSOP, shall apply for this LCS.  But for getting Membership,  earlier both is necessary.
