Dear Team,
My query pertains to Form PAS-6, specifically concerning the reconciliation of share capital audit report (Half Yearly). The Clause 5 (g) of the said form includes a table for detailing shares held by Directors, Promoters, and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP). In the case of individuals such as Mr. X, who simultaneously holds positions as a promoter, Director, and KMP (in his capacity as Managing Director) and possesses 5000 shares in dematerialized form, the question arises:
1. Should we record Mr. X's details (5000 shares) across all columns, such as Promoter, Director, and KMP OR should we record his details in just one column?
2. Any clarification notes should be attached as an optional attachment if we choose to record in only one column.
Your insights into resolving this query would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you in advance.
Regards,
