Hello Everyone,

Recently Calcutta Stock Exchange (CSE) has issued a notice, to take action to compulsorily delist those companies from the exchange which are currently suspended from trading on the Calcutta Stock Exchange.

If your company is delisted, the following actions will occur:

1. The demat accounts of the promoters and directors will be frozen.

2. The company will be required to deposit money into an escrow account.

3. The company will be required to make an offer to buy back the shares of existing shareholders.

If you would like us to stop the action for your Delisting process initiation, please contact us. We have experience handling over 100 similar cases.

If you have any questions, please call me and I will be happy to assist you.

Thanks & Regards
