Who Can Valuation report for Private Placement?

Dear Members

Who can sign Valuation report for private placement...

Can Statutory Auditor Sign the Report...

Is there any years of Experience to sign the Valuation Report....

Registered valuer under section 247. I think that section is not yet enforced. valuation by any other Professional not being statutory auditor as per section 144 but I think nothing has been prescribed in clause i to section 144, so approval of Board or audit committee is required if valuation done by statutory auditor who is a registered valuer.
