Issue in Filing LLP Form 3 - “The sum of all values does not equals 100. Total percentage is NaN” Error

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am facing a persistent error while attempting to file LLP Form 3 for amendment of the LLP Agreement.

In our case, there are two partners:

• One existing partner is exiting (Deletion), and

• One new partner is being added (Addition).

Accordingly, the contribution and profit-sharing percentages have been updated as follows:

• Exiting Partner: Contribution ₹100,000, Profit Share 0% (marked as Deletion)

• Continuing Partner: Contribution ₹100,000, Profit Share 50% (No Change)

• New Partner: Contribution ₹100,000, Profit Share 50% (Addition)

The total profit-sharing percentage is exactly 100%, but upon uploading the “Details of Partners” Excel sheet in the MCA Form 3 utility, the system throws the following error message:

“The sum of all values does not equals 100. Total percentage is NaN. Please enter correct values in Percentage of Contribution.”

For your reference, I am also enclosing the Excel file (Details of Partners) which we are uploading in the utility.

Kindly advise on the correct approach to resolve this issue.

Hello , 

You have to delete the contribution of 100000form the existing partner …as sum total is becoming 3lakh .it must be 2lakh as existing partner is leaving …it’s my observation.please check .
