Attachment for MGT 7 - Shareholders List

Dear All ,

Now MGT 7 form folder contains an excel file wihich relates to shareholders' list.

Can we just fill it up the shareholders list as per the format in the excel sheet and convert it to PDF and attach it with the MGT 7 for a private limited company. 

Will it be ok .

Please clarify.

Sir, no need to attach excel sheet in form MGT-7, just type the simple Shareholder List with only 3 column like this and sign by the director and attach as PDF file in form MGt-7

NAME & FATHER NAME

RESIDENTIAL ADDRESS

NO. OF EQUITY SHARE OF RS. 10/- EACH
