resolution for the alteration of articles. repl asap.

Dear,

For the good secretarial practice it is better attach full MOA(altered) with Notice, Explanatory Statement (if required) and True Copy of Special Resolution.

The resolution for which you are filing the eform 23; that old matter shall be superseded by new data by way of editing the soft copy or pasting cutting slips over the hard copies. And mark the same by way of crossed lines & take signatures of auth. signatories near the place so edited.

Dear Pallavi

If you are only altering your Articles of Association(AOA) they you are advised to upload complete Altered AOA only not Memorandum of Association (MOA) and if you are altering MOA then you are advised to upload complete MOA.

Only altered pages dont serve the purpose as in this case, one, who needs these documents have to compile the pages from different files so better upload the complete set as required.
