It is not just ICSI, few years back Supreme Court has pronounced a judgment, the content of the answer sheet amounts to information, hence any student can seek his/her valued answer sheet under RTI Act.

It doesn't mean that student needs to apply by invoking provisions of RTI Act,by virtue of the judgment and  according to the regulations framed by concerned body any student can obtain certified copy of his/her answer sheet.

Dear All,

Mr.  SUDHIER KUMAR is correct and he has sent a mail which is to create awareness on all stake holders of ICSI.
Clearly this is an anti - RTI  movement by ICSI and this means some thing is happening in valuation and in order to
protect that ICSI has increased the fees.

OR

ICSI has to give a statement why it has increased the fees & how the valuations are done in transparent & reliable manner.

Note: 1) the opinions are my personal views.
         2) Increase in price restrict access to the Information
Thanks & Regards,

Yes Charging fee of Rs. 5000 per paper is totally unfair. It should be reduced or it may be charged at par with the fee charged by other institutes like ICAI or ICWAI if any.

Hi,

last time it was Rs. 100 now it is Rs. 5000 and is there any justification on fees ?
The idea is to stop people asking for information.

Is there any legal remedy for this?
