I am currently in the process of preparing Form STK-2 for strike-off of a company and had a query regarding the signing of Form STK-8. As STK-8 is required to be prepared and filed in Excel format (as per the prescribed format), I would like to understand how it should be duly signed—whether a physical signature on a scanned copy is acceptable or if any specific process is to be followed to validate the document.
Your guidance on this matter would be highly appreciated.
Thank you in advance for your time and support.
Best regards,
Ria
