Any specified format for Consent to become a partner (Except - DP)

Dear Members,
My question is- we fails to see any specified format to give consent as required to be given by such Body corporate to be a Partner in such LLP.
Currently we are referring provision of LLP Act 2008 for induction of Body corporate as Partner in LLP.
The Prior consent before proposed appointment is compulsory.
My question is- we fails to see any specified format to give consent as required to be given by such Body corporate to be a Partner in such LLP.
Kindly share your understanding over this.
