IEC Code Certificate downloading Error.

Dear Professionals,

For one of our Clint IEC Code is allotted. But we are not able to download the IEC Certificate correctly even though we have set the Browser as per their instructions. When we download the certificate, the Photo of applicant and National Emblem is not coming in the Certificate.

And I also wanted to know whether DGFT will send the physical copy of IEC Certificate to Registered office or taking print through online is the only way to get the IEC certificate.

Please help..!

there is lots of problem i am trying to upload digitally signed form could not be able to affix dsc despite of requirements of there site

Use internet explorer and install latest version of JAVA before downloading, and if you have applied online, they will not send you physical copy.

Examble: "x traders" sole proprietorship, two year before closed ( TIN, Service tax and all other income tax base closed) but IE Code not surrender. 

same sole proprietors to start another sole proprietorship, can use "x traders" IE Code for New sole proprietorship.
