Error INC 29

Hi all, 

I have been trying to upload Form INC 29 bt it is displaying an error after uploading that plz ensure all the required fields are appropriately filled before submission. No other precrutiny errors are there.

Please guide.

It's a site related issue.Keep trying.Today I also faced same issue but later on was able to upload the file.Plz press prescrutiny tab before uploading the the form

Is this form related to foreign promoters, if yes than the problem is in form not at MCA website.

Yes this is related to foreign promoters. No pre-scrutiny errors r there in d form. All the fields have been filled up correctly and checked many times. I am nt able to understand the problem.

Plz advice.

If the case is related to foreign promoters than INC - 29 would not be filled as passport details are not able to verify. I am struggling by last 25 days for the same and no solution till now.

Better to go by normal manner.

Dear jyoti,

I don't think MCA has enabled to verify the passport details of foreign national in any form. But I am able to fill the passport no. in INC 29. And there is no error while doing check form and pre-scrutiny. I have raised the ticket regarding this and awaiting for their reply.

I have raised ticket for this five times, but no revert as so far. pls share your revert if u receive same.

Further its ROC words that passport verification is not done in inc 29.

Great News,

After continuous efforts with MCA and ROC today i have filed two Incorporation by INC 29 with foreign promoters / Directors.

Now the issue is resolved, you can  file the form inc 29 with foreign promoters/ Directors.
