Form 23ac n aca has been stopped by the MCA..u need to file all previous annual eforms in gnl-2 only check MCA notice

is scan copy of form 23 ac & aca  and financials attached to form GNL 2 or PDF form after signature it attached ?
and what about 20 B ?

Girish ji, 23AC & 23ACA shall be atteched with GNL-2 like other attachment...  plz read the earlier notification properly...form shall be available as an attachment soon.....

Dear Friends,

One private limited company has dormant status. Co has incorporated in the year 2003. Now they have started their business activity. Under CA 2013, what would be procedure to get Active status & file their Forms.

Can anyone please tell me under which circular it was mentioned that 23AC/ACA and 20B shall be filled as attachments with GNL-2? as we have already filed the same with GNL-2 and they are still pending fro approval. Now MCA has issued revised circular that users are advised  not to file these forms with GNL-2. What is the remedy available now? To raise a ticket i need to mention the circular number.

As far as i know there is no circular which stated that 23ac has to be filed as attachment with gnl form.
It was only proposed that such a circular would be released some time later.
The f23ac and aca were taken off the portal stating that these would be reintroduced shortly.

May be these forms 23AC, 23ACA and 20B shall be available as E form now, so better would be to wait...

Talk to ROC or tell them to reject the forms becoz MCA has already said that not to file these forms untill new notification or circular is publish in this regards..
