Filing Annual Forms for Converted LLP into Pvt. Ltd.

Good Morning All,

Context: LLP was incorporated in 2019, and converted into a Private Limited Company as on 11th April 2022. However, the Annual Return (Form 11) and Statement of Solvency (Form 8) have not been filed for the financial year 2021-22 yet. When tried to fill up the forms, Form 11 didn't recognise the LLPIN and showed the following error message: Please enter the valid LLPIN. LLPIN is not in Active / Under Liquidation / Under CIRP. However, Form 8 recognises the LLPIN. Whether this means Form 8 has to be filed and form 11 is exempted from filing for LLPs who are converted into a Private Limited Company. Kindly advice or suggest your opinion.
