ERROR MESSAGE-"COMPAMY IS NOT AN OPC/SMALL COMPANY"

Dear members,

a Pvt Ltd.Company, authorised capital - 2,00,00,000/- (2,00,000 shares @100/- each) and paid up capital - 1,80,00,000/- (1,80,000 shares @100/- each). While uploading Form MGT-7A, it shows an error as below :

"The company is not an OPC or small company, please file Form MGT-7"

Scrutinized repeatedly for any typo error in figures, selection of small companies etc...couldn't find any such error.

Any of you please advise how to go about this? Same way filing was happening for all these years. Please help me with your valuable suggestions.

Check whether the AOC 4 is approved or not.

In AOC 4 board report we select that company is not a small company, and that reflects in MGT 7 Form once AOC-4 is approved.

AOC-4 filed first (status : regsitered) then tried with MGT-7A . Yesterday I had submitted the form MGT-7A, while uploading it after signing, the error came. Today I cancelled SRN, filed a fresh form and got the error while submitting itself...
