Format of Shorter Notice for Board Meeting & EGM

Dear Experts

Under the CA, 1956, the format for shorter notice of the General  meeting has been provided in Form 22-A under section 171(2).

Whereas under the CA, 2013, I didn't find any such a format of shorter notice in Chapter VII, So does any member find such a format ?

Please provided if you find the same for BM and GM...

there is no specific format for shorter consent under the new act.

just change the headings of the old format  for the GM.

yes BM & AGM can be held on same day.

There is no specific days are mentioned for the shorter notice only the consent of 95% shareholders has to be taken 

  As a kind of normal practise we should keep the minimum notice period  before 7 days  of the meeting
